In 2019 I bought my first piece of raw land in Joshua Tree and set out to build something that had never really existed before — a community-first campground for nomads. There was no playbook, no mentor, no community of people who'd done it. I figured it out the hard way, slowly and alone.
That first property became the foundation for a growing network of community-first campgrounds across the country. Through co-ownership and partnership with 15+ nomad land owners, I built something I was genuinely proud of — and left my tech career behind for good in the process.
Land Freedom is my way of giving others what I didn't have when I started. I've now consulted 1-on-1 with over 25 land owners and helped hundreds of students through the program build campgrounds, glampsites, retreat centers and homesteads from the ground up. The thing I hear most is: "You're the first person who actually understood what I was trying to do." That's exactly why this exists.
