For the first time, someone who actually gets what you're trying to build.
Not a course. Not a template. Aidan in your corner, on your specific project, helping you build the exact thing you've been trying to explain to everyone else for years.

WHAT STUDENTS SAY MOST
"You're the first person who actually understood what I was trying to do."
Said by nearly every student, in nearly every intake call.
Most people building something on land have spent years trying to explain their vision to people who don't get it. Family who think it's risky. Investors who want a proven model. Friends who nod along but clearly don't see it.
Aidan built the first Van Life Campground in Joshua Tree with no roadmap and no one who'd done it before. When you describe your vision he doesn't just understand it intellectually. He's felt that same pull. Not only does he see it as possible, he's already proven it is.
That's what the Accelerator is. Not someone reading your pitch deck and giving you generic feedback. Someone who gets what you're trying to build and has the experience to help you build it faster.
What working together actually looks like…
Part 1
Pressure It Into A Diamond
Most people come in with a vision that's real but scattered. Too many ideas, too many directions, hard to explain to anyone else. Aidan takes all of it, strips out the noise, and finds the thing at the center worth building. By the end of that first conversation most people say it's the first time anyone has understood what they're trying to do.
Part 2
Reverse Engineer It Into Action
Once the vision is clear, you work backwards. Version 1 generates real income. That income funds Version 2. Every milestone is specific and doable. Not a roadmap that collects dust — a checklist you're moving through together, call by call.
Part 3
Walk Through The Dark Room Together
Building something new is like walking into a dark room. You can bang your head on every wall and trip over every piece of furniture to figure out where things are, or walk through it with someone who's already been there. Monthly or biweekly calls, focused on action. When you're stuck, you get unstuck.
Students From The Previous Cohort…
Lisa
"I knew I wanted community but didn't know where to start"
Working through a creative house sale strategy, home base search and community hub vision simultaneously. $200k in liquid assets being positioned into a land acquisition plan.
Troy & Todd
"We didn't know if the numbers actually worked"
Built a detailed financial model showing $25k conservative net cash flow. Phased build plan locked in — starting with ADU to generate income before breaking ground on the main build.
Farren
"I have capital but don't know how to deploy it"
Navigating a 1031 exchange into a VLC network location. Property shortlist and timeline built around the exchange window before the rental sale closes.
Juliana
"Permitting in the Catskills felt impossible"
Secured her own vacation colony permit in one of the most regulated counties in the country. $30k deposit down on modular homes. Now focused on launch marketing.
Jill
"You're pulling things out of me I didn't know I had."
Vision clarity session turned a feeling into a clear concept: a child-free, invite-only communal space with a Burning Man ethos. Vetting systems designed. Location search underway.
PJ
"I had too many ideas and no clear path forward"
3D printing business, RV repair and campground vision consolidated into one integrated model. Partnership pitch deck in progress for a luxury RV resort concept.
The question was always how to get started.
Here's the answer.
Aidan takes on 10 students per cohort, twice a year. Everyone starts together, moves through the process at their own pace, and builds alongside each other. The cohort itself is part of the value.
Fall ‘26 Cohort
Starts October 2026
4 of 10 spots filled
Spring ‘26 Cohort
Started April 2026
10 of 10 spots filled
Spots are filled first from current Academy students who've shown real momentum. Remaining spots are open to serious inquiries from the waitlist.
THE RECOMMENDED PATH
Go Through The Academy First
Academy students who are active and building real momentum get first access to Accelerator spots. Aidan sees who's doing the work. That's how most students get in — and they arrive already armed with the full framework.

Aidan, Founder — Land Freedom & Van Life Campgrounds
7 years building land businesses · 3 properties built and profiting · 15 co-owned
Before any of this, Aidan spent a decade in tech building marketing teams for Series A startups. In 2019 he bought his first piece of raw land in Joshua Tree and never looked back.
What started with a compost toilet and an outdoor shower became a community-first campground that filled up, then a network. He left tech behind for good and went on to co-own 15+ properties across the country with other nomad land owners.
The Accelerator exists because of what he wished he'd had: someone who actually understood what he was trying to build, had already done it, and could help him move faster without the expensive mistakes.
