Seven years. Three big mistakes that didn't have to happen.

The permitting disaster, the beautiful cage, the loneliness of building something nobody else had built before. Land Freedom exists because of all three.

Year 1

Bought land I couldn't permit.

Moved forward on a piece that didn't have the legal framework for what I wanted to build. Put money in, started building, found out later. Years of permitting battles and six figures in costs I never planned for. The most expensive lesson came first.

Year 3

Built a beautiful cage.

Already burned by the permitting mistake, I built something people loved anyway. Campground was full, reviews were great. And I couldn't leave. I was the mechanic, the host, the fixer, the everything. Freedom was the whole point. Somehow I'd lost it.

  • Starter covers Steps 1–4: vision to action, raising funds, finding land, and building early income. Plus pitch deck, business plan and financial projection templates, VIP community channels, and monthly office hours with Aidan. Full adds Steps 5–8 (infrastructure, marketing, hosting, and scale), the operational docs, the investor network, the workstay network, and lifetime access to everything added going forward. If you're serious about building a real land business, Full is the right call.

  • Jump straight in at Step 4. That's where income streams, infrastructure, marketing and automating yourself out of the day-to-day all live. You can still go back through Steps 1–3 to fill any gaps, or bring your specific situation to office hours and work through it directly with Aidan.

Most Accelerator students go through the Academy first, since it gives you a much stronger foundation going into the 1-on-1 work.

  • No. Step 1 is literally about turning your vision into an actionable plan. If you don't have a vision yet, start with the free Vision Clarity Workshop first. If you have land but no plan, jump in at Step 4. The Academy is designed to meet you where you are.

  • Founding pricing is what you pay while the program is still being built alongside its first students. The curriculum is complete, but the investor network, the workstay network, and the office hours format are being shaped right now by the people inside. As those grow and the program matures, the price goes up. There's no set end date. When it changes, it changes. If you're thinking about it, now is the right time.
